This is the group for people who love characters and plots – and enjoy escaping into worlds created by playwrights. We choose a wide range of comedies and tragedies – from the classics to modern works.
Acting is not required ! There is no type-casting and we all take turns at a variety of parts. The fun is in reading the parts ‘on the hoof’ and working it all out as we go along. A short discussion of context and major themes often arises.
